Postnatal Yoga

Yoga for new and experienced mothers. After childbirth, your body needs time to heal and recover — just as you do. Postnatal yoga, starting from 6–8 weeks after birth, can gently support this process.

Bekkencentrum Schambergen and midwife Elle have joined forces to create a unique care concept. This centre focuses on life, health, and vitality, with the pelvis at its core and special attention to pregnancy and childbirth.

In collaboration with them, Yoga Home provides pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes as an additional service.
