Half Day Yoga Retreat - Yin en Nidra
Saturday, June 27th

During this half-day retreat, you will take the time to truly slow down and relax deeply. With gentle Yin postures and a guided Yoga Nidra session, you will unwind completely and let go of all tension.

What to expect:

14:30 – Arrival
You are welcome for a quiet start with tea and a treat.

Yin Yoga
A gentle, deep Yin practice focusing on releasing tension in the body, with extra attention to the psoas — the deep muscle that plays an important role in relaxation and the nervous system.

Break
Time to reflect, drink tea, enjoy a treat, and be quiet.

Yoga Nidra
A deep relaxation in which your body is allowed to fully rest and your nervous system can recover.

Extra-long final relaxation where we stay within the theme of the Nidra session.

17:30 - Closing

An intimate, small-scale setting with plenty of personal attention and a serene atmosphere — all the time and space to relax deeply and recharge. An afternoon all to yourself. 3 hours - incl. tea & a treat - max. 5 spots - €65 per person.
