What is prenatal yoga?
Prenatal yoga is a gentle form of yoga that supports you through the natural changes of pregnancy. You'll learn to manage physical discomfort, build strength where you need it, and give yourself the space to slow down and connect with your body and baby.
A pregnancy yoga class consists of:
-
Arriving in your body – a moment of calm to settle down
-
Breathing exercises – for relaxation and preparation
-
Gentle stretches and poses – tailored to your trimester
