Wear warm, comfortable clothing.

A stomach that is not too full is nice.

Make sure you are there about 5 minutes before the start of the lesson. Much earlier is not necessary (there is no waiting area).

Mats, pillows and blankets are available in the studio. You can of course also bring your own towel, mat or blanket if you prefer.

Safety First

If you are pregnant, have an injury, or other physical discomfort, always report this to the teacher in question before the start of the lesson. Consult a doctor before starting classes if you are unsure whether you can take yoga classes.

Listen carefully to your body's signals and act carefully. Do not perform exercises that are painful or unpleasant for you.
Feel free to ask if you don't understand an exercise.

The studio

The studio is closed during school holidays and on some national holidays. An adjusted summer schedule applies in July and August. 

​

Yoga Home is a small-scale studio at home, in the middle of the city, for a maximum of 5 participants. The space is completely private and can be reached via a separate entrance. Because the studio is located in the garden, the environment is green and tranquility prevails, perfectly suitable for the quiet yoga forms that we do:Yin Yoga, Easy Flow Yoga, Prenatal Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Mom & Baby Yoga. 
 

Accessibility

The location of Yoga Home is very easily accessible. Within 5 to 10 minutes walking and cycling distance from the center of Maastricht. In addition, there is a bus stop within 50 meters (1 minute) walking distance and plenty of parking for both bicycles and cars. Look here for thecontact details.
