Mild & Relaxing

Yoga Home is the home base for people who already enjoy doing yoga or who want to give it a try. All yoga forms you find at Yoga Home are mild and meditative in nature and focused on well-being, relaxation and recovery. The yoga forms offered help you to get to know yourself, to listen to yourself and do what feels right for you. The classes are suitable for all levels, allowing everyone to follow their own unique path. The small-scale, personal and involved atmosphere helps with this (it varies how full a class is: from 1 to a maximum of 5 participants).

Pregnancy

Yoga Home also offers special classes for pregnant women and (new) mothers: Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mom & Baby Yoga and a Prenatal Birthing Class. Your body is capable of something amazing: carrying and giving birth to a child. But this process can also be very challenging for your body and mind. Therefore, now is the time to slowly and respectfully deal with these changes in a yoga class. Together we will practice postures, breathing techniques, tips and relaxation exercises to support you as best as possible during this special time.

Due to the small scale of the studio, classes can be booked up to 18 hours before the start of the class. You can cancel up to 6 hours before the start.
